Infinity Acrylic Pools

Transparent-edge pool systems with acrylic thickness calculated for the project load, geometry and installation conditions.

Transparent-edge pool systems with acrylic thickness calculated for the project load, geometry and installation conditions.

Transparent edges engineered for water load

The panel thickness, span, geometry, support and waterproofing are developed from the project conditions. The aim is to retain an open view while meeting structural and serviceability requirements.

Installation and waterproofing

Successful delivery depends on coordinated concrete tolerances, support preparation, acrylic installation, engineered sealing and staged testing—not on the transparent panel alone.

Questions / Answers

Frequently asked questions

Should a transparent infinity pool use acrylic or glass?

Transparent pool walls must be evaluated for structural safety, optical performance, impact resistance, weather exposure and waterproofing. Acrylic is particularly effective for large transparent walls, curved forms and uninterrupted sightlines, but the correct material and thickness must be established through project-specific engineering.

How long does an acrylic panel last, and will it turn yellow?

Service life depends on raw-material quality, casting and bonding, installation, exposure and cleaning practices. High-quality PMMA raw material and controlled production reduce yellowing, crazing and ageing risks. Outdoor and pool applications also require careful consideration of UV exposure and temperature variation.

How are acrylic panels thicker than 500 mm transported and installed?

Ultra-thick panels require engineered packaging, route and lifting studies, suitable cranes, controlled site positioning and a coordinated sealing method. Transport dimensions, lifting openings, installation bases and protection measures should be confirmed before production.
